Responsibilities

• Lead complex Stage 1 operational assessments from kickoff through executive presentation.
• Develop operational analyses identifying performance gaps and value opportunities.
• Build actionable findings, benefit summaries, and transformation blueprints.
• Present findings to executive leadership and build compelling business cases.
• Mentor junior consultants and accelerate their development.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and engagement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Brooks methodologies and quality standards.
• Support engagement profitability while delivering client outcomes.
