About the Role

Brooks International is seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to lead the execution of our Stage 1 Operational Assessments and play a critical role in converting assessment opportunities into large-scale implementation engagements.

This is not a traditional business analyst role. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will assist in developing the operational architecture of client assessments while partnering directly with Executive Analysts to build compelling operational and financial cases for transformation.

You will combine strategic thinking, operational analysis, financial modeling, executive communication, and leadership to influence C-suite executives and drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this position requires exceptional analytical ability, leadership under pressure, executive presence, and a passion for solving complex operational challenges.

What You'll Do

Lead Client Assessments

• Manage complex Stage 1 operational assessments from kickoff through executive presentation.
• Develop comprehensive operational analyses identifying performance gaps and value creation opportunities.
• Build actionable findings, benefit summaries, and transformation blueprints.
• Ensure assessments are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Brooks International methodology.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams

• Review analyses for accuracy, quality, and business impact.
• Mentor junior consultants and accelerate their professional development.

Executive Client Engagement

• Present findings to executive leadership teams.
• Develop compelling business cases supported by quantitative analysis.
• Build credibility with CEOs, business owners, and senior leadership.
• Position clients to confidently move from assessment into implementation.
• Quantify operational performance gaps.
• Estimate financial improvement opportunities.
• Validate operational assumptions using data-driven methodologies.
• Build executive-level reports and recommendations.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, travel budgets, and engagement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Brooks methodologies, templates, and quality standards.
• Support engagement profitability while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.
