Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to elevate performance reviews and build scalable standards that improve decision quality. You will lead the Monthly Business Review and partner with finance and business leaders to surface risks and quantify recovery opportunities.

You will drive standard work, KPI consistency, and auditable data sources, delivering insights for executive decision-making and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
• Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR) to surface risks, gaps, and actionable opportunities.
• Diagnose root causes of performance issues and quantify recovery paths.
• Challenge inputs, assumptions, and narratives to ensure rigor and clarity.
• Deliver executive-ready insights that drive decision-making.
