Job summary

Qualifications

• TS clearance with polygraph is required.
• 5+ years supporting senior government leaders or program executives.
• 3+ years direct client-facing experience with senior government executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to distill complex data into executive summaries.
• Strong relationship-building to collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrates adaptability under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level coordination and administrative support for leadership.
• Draft, edit, and package executive communications and reports.
• Coordinate ad-hoc taskers across the division and drive them to closure.
• Create briefings, background papers, and deliverables for executives.
• Refine administrative and operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage executive calendars, agendas, and capture action items.
