Qualifications

  • GS-12: Coordinating day-to-day administrative support functions (calendars, scheduling meetings, tracking action items) to support office operations.
  • GS-12: Drafting written materials (correspondence, meeting summaries, briefings, newsletter articles) to share organizational information.
  • GS-12: Preparing visual communication materials (slides, flyers, basic digital graphics) for internal or external audiences.
  • GS-12: Assisting with procurement or purchasing activities (requisition documents, tracking basic supply and vendor expenses).
  • GS-13: Coordinating executive-level office operations (schedules, property, records, meetings) to support organizational workflow.
  • GS-13: Drafting written materials (reports, executive briefings, speeches, articles) for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • GS-13: Creating visual outreach products (informational graphics, digital content, presentation materials) to communicate program initiatives.
  • GS-13: Monitoring procurement actions and service contracts to ensure adherence to acquisition standards.
  • “Experience” may include paid or unpaid work, including volunteer service; all qualifying experience is creditable.
