  • Develops strategic partnerships with government, Tribal, utility, industry, and other stakeholders.
  • Represents senior leadership in interagency and external activities and communicates Departmental positions.
  • Advises senior leadership on Arctic energy issues and coordinates cross-organizational programs.
  • Develops written analyses, recommendations, briefings, and other decision-support materials.
