Job summary

The US Department of Energy Headquarters seeks a Supervisory Program Manager to lead the Arctic Energy Office (AE). The AE advises the Under Secretary on domestic and international Arctic energy issues, identifying and mobilizing resources for rapid deployment of critical energy projects in the Arctic.

This role requires directing complex programs, overseeing major technology demonstrations, and building partnerships with government, industry and international bodies to advance the mission.

Qualifications

• Developing, implementing and evaluating long-term plans for Arctic energy programs.
• Overseeing major demonstration and technology projects with schedules and milestones.
• Building partnerships and negotiating agreements to mobilize resources.
