Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Director, Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to an Executive Leader. You will translate priorities into action, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure disciplined follow-through across the business.

This role combines executive operations with relationship management, driving momentum across commitments and developing executive-level content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in executive operations or related fields are preferred.
• Travel to sales branches, manufacturing facilities, and events is expected; occasional after-hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership and Executive Enablement: Advise the Executive Leader by anticipating needs, surfacing risks, and shaping priorities.
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Develop engagement strategies with ELT members, brand partners, local leaders, and customers.
• Executive Communications and Visibility: Support communications and maintain visibility through market visits and key engagements.
• Project and Initiative Stewardship: Track cross-functional projects, identify risks, and ensure accountability.
• Meeting and Event Preparation: Lead prep for internal/external meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Calendar and Workflow Management: Prioritize the Executive Leader’s calendar and coordinate planning sessions.
• Event Planning and Sponsorship Activation: Plan and execute internal and external events and sponsorships.
