Job summary

Ampcus Inc is seeking an experienced Observability SME to act as the technical authority for enterprise observability strategy, monitoring standards, and operational visibility. You will drive adoption of modern observability practices across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and digital services while maximizing the value of Dynatrace and complementary observability technologies.

The ideal candidate will lead Dynatrace architecture, deployment, and optimization, guiding OneAgent

Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise with the Dynatrace platform and architecture.
Experience designing enterprise observability frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency with OpenTelemetry and modern telemetry collection practices.
Solid background in Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Hands-on experience with distributed tracing and service dependency analysis.
Experience with centralized log analytics and event management.
Understanding of cloud-native monitoring and Kubernetes environments.
Knowledge of SRE principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise observability standards, governance, and best practices.
Lead design and implementation of observability frameworks for critical applications and services.
Develop monitoring strategies across apps, infra, cloud platforms, and end-user experience.
Standardize metrics, logs, traces, events, and telemetry.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams to improve visibility.
Identify gaps in coverage and roadmaps to address them.
