Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, administers and coordinates the daily activities of the licensed care areas of MMH and WR on Bluffton, Ohio campus.
• Oversees directors and supervisors to implement policies and achieve organizational goals.
• Participates in annual budget development and monitors census, FTEs and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws governing business operations.
