Responsibilities

• Review, maintain and implement nursing policy and procedures.
• Evaluate and prepare annual Nursing Department budget.
• Conduct nursing staff orientation and annual reviews.
• Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules.
• Participate in hiring nursing personnel and ensure licensing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety and infection control.
• Oversee staff scheduling and shift rotations.
• Communicate with Province Leader and local leaders.
