Benedictine Living is seeking a Director of Nursing-AL to lead and supervise nursing services, analyze staffing, and ensure high quality care for residents. You will assume leadership in the absence of the Administrator/Housing Director and partner with our ministry staff.

The role requires a current RN license in good standing, strong decision making, and English communication. We are a not-for-profit organization guided by Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Ability to lead and manage nursing staff
• Strong communication in English

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing staff
• Develop, monitor and implement department budget
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the nursing department
• Act as nursing liaison with residents, families and external groups
