Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops mission, vision, and values with CEO and leadership teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Directs nursing and clinical departments to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care.
• Ensures program and regulatory survey compliance with applicable policies and standards.
• Oversees budget planning, operational controls, and reporting to support organizational growth and financial strength.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and guides organizational change across departments.
