Qualifications

Active RN license in the state where practice is required.
Academic nursing degree required; postgraduate degree preferred or plan with timelines to obtain.
Current BLS (AHA) certification and keep it current.
At least five years of progressive management experience in a facility environment.
Minimum of two years leadership/admin experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership ability and facility operational expertise.
Ability to organize patient care for optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
Experience recruiting, retaining and developing nursing staff.
Lead in complying with regulatory standards.
