Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR, BLS, and ACLS.
• Two or more years’ supervisory nursing experience.
• Knowledge of management principles and methods.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Availability for 2 days or 2 weekend days per week.
• Previous 3 years of House Supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative supervision during assigned tour in absence of Director or AVP/Nurse.
• Staffing and day-to-day hospital operations management.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff as needed.
• Ensure COBRA compliance and transfer/discharge procedures.
• Coordinate patient admissions and bed assignments.
• Oversee safety, infection control, and policy adherence.
• Prepare reports on unusual events and incidents for leadership.
