Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and clinical services within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This executive leader will drive patient care excellence, improve operational processes, strengthen workforce engagement, and ensure regulatory readiness while partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

• Executive healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing and clinical operations.
• Oversee Nursing, Education, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, and Clinical Dietitian services.
• Lead and develop nursing leadership, including Nurse Managers and Nurse Supervisors.
• Drive patient care quality, safety initiatives, and clinical excellence programs.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
