Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive territory growth by engaging healthcare professionals, delivering product demonstrations, and educating physicians and staff on products and patient support.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and B2B/pharma sales experience, with preference for complex healthcare accounts and neurology-related therapeutics. Regular travel and strict compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in business-to-business sales; pharma sales preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts/stakeholders preferred.
• Experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatric or rare diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with HCPs and stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations, detailing, and in-servicing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff; educate on products and patients.
• Grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and meet targets.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies.
• Maintain call activity per plan and travel as required.
• Apply problem-solving to improve performance in the territory.
• Adhere to compliance policies and complete admin duties.
