Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the hospital’s network and data center virtual infrastructure.
• Manage, mentor, and develop network engineering staff.
• Oversee network and data center architecture design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead major network and data center modernization projects.

Skills

Expertise in network architecture (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, SD‑WAN)

Strong leadership, project management, and team development skills

Knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, and healthcare cybersecurity standards

Excellent communication skills

Education
