Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Manager, Network Engineering to lead a team responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and support of our LAN/WAN and related networking technologies. This hybrid role ensures secure, reliable data transmission across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 7+ years of multi-discipline IT leadership, 5+ years in healthcare settings, and strong IT service management, collaboration, and strategic-direction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT or related IT/health field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical multi-discipline management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably within healthcare.
Ability to foster teamwork while leading and directing the work of others.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT service management.
Ability to drive strategic direction.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to install, configure, and maintain networking technologies.
Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of LAN/WAN and related networks.
Ensure secure, reliable transmission of corporate data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project delivery.
