Qualifications

• Min 7+ years experience in networking or IT infrastructure roles.
• At least 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong background in enterprise networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of network/IT professionals.
• Oversee daily network operations including routers and switches.
• Design and improve enterprise network architecture across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage network and IT infrastructure projects including budgeting.
• Develop network security policies and enforce compliance.
• Partner with vendors to manage SLAs and delivery.
• Maintain documentation for network architecture and disaster recovery.
