Job summary

Pinnacle Mortgage Corp is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to originate residential loans, build and manage their own pipeline, and guide borrowers from application through closing.

You will work with in-house processing and compliance teams, grow monthly production through strong referral relationships, and benefit from a compensation model and company-backed training.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license is required.
• Experience originating mortgage loans.
• Ability to self-source or manage referral-based business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth focus.
