This role focuses on generating conference business and maximizing sales through personal attention and inquiries. You will work directly in building long-term relationships with guests to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or related industry preferred.
• Aggressive, outgoing, and self-motivating individual.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Generate conference business from a national market.
• Make sales calls and personal visits to target areas.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve group room revenue goal and F&B revenue goals.
