The Gwen – Chicago, IL is part of HEI Hotels & Resorts and seeks an Executive Meeting Manager to orchestrate complex group events and maximize revenue through strategic planning and flawless execution.

You will manage forecasting, budgets, room blocks, and client relationships, collaborating with banquet and culinary teams to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining profitability and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality with catering sales is essential.
• Experience at a similar size and quality hotel preferred.
• Strong sales, revenue management, and motivation of peers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Forecast monthly and participate in the annual budget process.
• Improve meeting planner evaluation scores and satisfaction.
• Optimize room rental charges and booking of repeat business.
• Present to clients and conduct site inspections and tastings.
• Coordinate with banquet and culinary teams for event setup and execution.
• Provide direction and evaluation of operations and banquet orders.
