Hilton Boston Logan Airport is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to join their team. Located at the airport with flexible event spaces including ballrooms, meeting rooms, and private suites, the hotel offers a dynamic environment for this role.

The ideal candidate has experience in hotel operations, sales, or events, and familiarity with Salesforce/Delphi. The annual pay range is $75,000 - $80,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to sales inquiries, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams regarding payment, room blocks, food and beverage, and revenue streams.
  • Develop proposals, quotes, and contracts for meeting spaces and accommodations.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and support business operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
