Responsibilities: develop clinical strategies, oversee trial design, monitor safety and data, interpret emerging results, and represent the company externally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Safety, Commercial), support regulatory interactions, and mentor clinical staff.
Qualifications: MD/DO with 7-10 years in biotech or pharma, expertise in ophthalmology/neuroscience, experience in clinical development across phases, including regulatory submissions and registrational trials.
High-Value: ophthalmology, retina, neuro-ophthalmology, retinal degenerative diseases, biologics/AAV gene therapies, early to late-stage development, GxP compliance, clinical trial design, and cross-functional leadership.
