Responsibilities

• Lead launch and regulatory oversight of a new broker-dealer in the U.S.
• Oversee operations, compliance, and regulatory framework with SEC/FINRA.
• Develop growth strategies across CIAs, RIAs, HNW/UHNW, family offices.
• Support Reg D and Reg A capital raises for real estate offerings.
