Job summary

BDO Capital Advisors is seeking a Managing Director to lead mergers and acquisitions advisory efforts, drive business development, and mentor the execution team. The role combines strategic leadership with client delivery to ensure timely, high-quality transactions.

The position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, 10+ years of experience, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and teams, including remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA degree required.
• 10+ years of experience at an investment bank or similar corporate finance vertical required.
• Experience leading teams of VP’s, associates and analysts, in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Executes buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements with due diligence support.
• Develops client networks and supports sales/marketing strategies.
• Builds revenue-producing relationships with prospects.
• Analyzes client data to identify trends, risks, and working capital needs.
• Leads due diligence meetings and coordinates client deliverables.
