Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. seeks a Managing Director for BDO Capital Advisors to lead merger and acquisition engagements and strategic solutions that align with client visions. This role drives business development, converting prospects to clients and ensuring timely, high-quality transaction outcomes.

The MD mentors the execution team, maintains an entrepreneurial, metrics-driven mindset, and oversees go-to-market strategies and client deliverables across the deal lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience at an investment bank or similar corporate finance vertical.
• Experience leading and mentoring VP/analyst teams, in person or remotely.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements and due diligence.
• Drives business development and builds client networks.
• Leads and coordinates transaction processes and client deliverables.
• Mentors execution team and guides go-to-market strategies.
• Reviews transaction documents and supports negotiations.
