Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Managing Director of Capital Advisors to guide clients through mergers and acquisitions and strategic solutions aligned with their vision. The position requires entrepreneurial, metrics-driven leadership and a proven track record in middle-market or investment banking environments.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
Experience leading VP/associate/analyst teams, in-person and remote.
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA recommended.
Licenses: FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79, or in active licensure pursuit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Executes buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for clients and investors.
Drives business development by marketing services and building client networks.
Oversees due diligence meetings and manages client deliverables and engagement teams.
Mentors staff and coordinates the transaction execution process.
Leads day-to-day execution of transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.
