Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience leading and developing teams including VP's, associates, and/or analysts.
• FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements and due diligence.
• Drive business development by marketing services and building client networks.
• Lead transaction execution and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Mentor staff and oversee the execution team's workload.
• Present insights during negotiations and guide decision-makers.
