Job summary

BDO USA, Llp is seeking a Managing Director to lead mergers and acquisitions and strategic solutions that align with clients’ vision. You will drive business development through networking and oversee transactions to ensure timely delivery while mentoring the execution team.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, metrics-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple engagements, deliverables, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience leading vp/analysts teams, in person or remote.
• FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses, or in active pursuance of licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree and MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Executes buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, managing financial and business due diligence for companies and investors.
• Engages in business development activities, marketing services to external clients and internal partners.
• Networks with prospects to build revenue producing relationships.
• Analyzes client data to identify historical and projected financial trends and assess risks.
• Reviews transaction documents and provides insights for negotiations.
• Leads go-to-market strategy development and client delivery.
