Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Managing Director for BDO Capital Advisors to guide M&A advisory services, drive business development, and oversee execution teams. The role focuses on delivering measurable revenue through leadership, mentorship, and strategic client engagement.

The candidate should have extensive experience in investment banking or corporate finance, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex transactions, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for companies and investors.
• Engages in business development activities to market services and develop client networks.
• Networks with prospects to build revenue-producing relationships.
• Analyzes client data to identify historical and projected financial trends and assess risks.
• Reviews transaction documents and provides insights for negotiations.
• Identifies pre- and post-close opportunities and enhances go-to-market strategies.
• Meets internal and external customer expectations.
• Performs all duties in the office.
• Other duties as assigned.
