Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Southern Utah is an ultra-premium destination seeking a Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Engineering, Loss Prevention, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa & Wellness. Reporting to the President of Hospitality Operations, this role drives guest satisfaction, financial performance, labor productivity, safety, service culture, and brand standards.

• 7+ years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership across at least two properties.
• GM/Director-level experience required.
• Experience with Forbes Four/Five-Star or AAA Four Diamond properties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Engineering, Loss Prevention, Rooms, F&B, and Spa & Wellness.
• Lead department heads to achieve guest satisfaction, financial performance, labor productivity, safety, and engagement.
• Maintain a highly visible leadership presence in guest-facing and back-of-house operations.
• Advance service standards to align with Forbes Four-Star/Five-Star and AAA luxury benchmarks.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, labor plans, expenses, and capital needs.
