Qualifications

• Hospitality, foodservice, hotel, club, restaurant, or workplace dining operations leadership.
• Overseeing multiple service channels such as executive dining, catering, cafés, retail, or premium guest services.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience developing and coaching diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Executive Dining, Café Operations, Catering, and Retail Food Services.
• Develop luxury hospitality standards creating exceptional guest and client experiences.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand evolving needs and deliver innovative hospitality solutions.
