Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service leadership roles.
• Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop client rapport.
• Excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to maximize contributions, including recruiting, training, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure food services connect to the Executional Framework and deliver client value.
• Build revenue and manage the budget with cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Maintain P&L and achieve food and labor targets within budget.
• Direct operations related to production, distribution and service across the dining program.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and comply with policies and regulations.
