PruittHealth is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Georgia. The role demands ensuring regulatory compliance, patient-centered care, and financial performance across operations.

The LNHA will partner with clinical leaders to drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and staff development in a fast-paced long-term care environment. The position is full-time and onsite at PruittHealth-Lakehaven.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in SNF/Long-Term Care or related setting.
• Current LNHA license in the state of the facility.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and state survey regulations.

• Direct and oversee all SNF and Long-Term Care operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and state survey standards.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead regulatory inspections.
• Provide leadership for department managers, clinical teams, and support services.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve census, quality, retention, and finances.
• Monitor budgets, labor, costs, and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and promote safety and compliance.
