Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct daily SNF and Rehabilitation Center operations in compliance with CMS, state, and local regulations. You will lead clinical and support services, drive financial performance, and ensure resident-centered care.

The LNHA will collaborate with nursing leadership to achieve quality outcomes, oversee regulatory surveys, and manage budgets while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience in SNF/long-term care or related setting.
• Knowledge of CMS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations and state survey processes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee SNF and long-term care operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare/Medicaid and state survey standards.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead regulatory inspections.
• Provide leadership for department managers and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to ensure quality resident care and outcomes.
• Develop operational strategies for census growth, retention, and financial performance.
• Monitor budgets, labor, costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and improvement activities.
• Promote resident rights and person-centered care.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing staff.
