Qualifications
- Must hold a current LNHA license in the operating state.
- Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a nursing home or similar.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software.

- Ensure quality care and compliance with standards.
- Develop resources to meet business objectives.
- Organize and direct staff and resources across shifts.
