Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with license in good standing.
- Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory experience.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and manage the overall operations of the community.
- Ensure high quality care and compliance with federal, state and local standards.
- Develop and implement resources to achieve the community’s business objectives.
- Support staffing, budgeting and regulatory readiness across the facility.
