You will drive operational excellence, mentor staff, and partner with regional leadership to sustain an exceptional workplace culture and strong resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with license in good standing in the operating state.
Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations where practicing.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory role.
Intermediate computer skills to navigate multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct and manage overall community operations per policies and regs.
Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain quality resident care.
Plan, implement and achieve community business objectives.
