You will oversee operations with a focus on patient-centered care, staff development, and financial performance, while guiding strategic initiatives in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

The role requires a current LNHA license (or ability to obtain), 3+ years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L results.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.
