Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an Executive Director with LNHA licensure to lead a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, IN. The candidate will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance while maintaining a patient-centered, quality-focused culture.

The role requires 3+ years in SNF leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to innovate using AI tools. Relocation to Terre Haute, Indiana, may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven P&L responsibility and ability to drive business results.
• Experience with AI tools is preferred.
