Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, IN. The role emphasizes innovation, patient-centered care, and quality outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate holds a current LNHA license, has at least 3 years of skilled nursing facility leadership, and demonstrates success in clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
