The role requires an active LNHA license, 3+ years in SNF operations, and proven P&L experience, with a willingness to leverage AI tools for improved performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the current state of location.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
