Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an experienced Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and grow the facility in Terre Haute, IN. You will champion patient-centered care, drive strategic results, and develop talent while maintaining accountability and strong financial stewardship.

Must have a current LNHA license in the relevant state or be willing to obtain it. Three years of SNF leadership plus P&L experience are required, with AI tools familiarity preferred

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to guide and grow the Terre Haute facility.
• Drive strategic results, develop talent, and ensure accountability across operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to align patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
