The role requires a current LNHA license (or willingness to obtain), 3+ years in SNF management, and proven P&L responsibility. AI tools experience is a plus in guiding strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license for the location.
• Minimum of three years operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and financial outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
