Job summary

Content Creators in New York City is seeking a LinkedIn executive content writer to run our executive content program for two brands, Darkroom and Shadow. You will interview executives, write in their voice, plan weekly posts, and help teammates post when needed.

The role is hybrid, based in New York City with US-only hiring, and remote options in New Jersey, Florida, or Texas. You will manage the calendar across accounts, ghostwrite posts, edit for authenticity, and track what works to refine

Qualifications

• Ghostwrite for founders or executives in LinkedIn posts.
• Understand how B2B buyers make decisions.
• Write about DTC, performance marketing, retention, and AI tooling without a briefing.
• Interview busy executives to produce a week of posts in multiple voices.
• Edit to remove marketing lingo while preserving voice.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn formats and distribution channels.
• Regularly use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) for research and idea generation.

Responsibilities

• Run the executive content program across two brands (Darkroom and Shadow).
• Conduct voice interviews with executives and transform them into authentic posts.
• Maintain a living context file for each executive: voice, expertise, stories.
• Ghostwrite, edit, and obtain approvals for posts end to end.
• Manage a single executive calendar across accounts to avoid topic collisions.
• Coordinate posts around launches, webinars, and events.
• Create formats: text posts, carousels, short video scripts, repurposed talks.
• Ensure every draft has a human edit to keep the person's voice.
• Monitor topics and formats to inform future calendars.
