PerkinElmer/Project Farma is seeking a VP, Principal Consultant to lead strategic consulting engagements, shape market-facing capabilities, and drive significant revenue growth. This role blends deep subject matter expertise with enterprise leadership across global teams.

You will build C-suite relationships, originate complex opportunities, mentor future leaders, and stay billable on active projects to ensure client success and project continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
20+ years in life sciences, biotech or technical consulting with executive impact.
Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and complex client portfolios.
Proven consultative selling, pricing strategy, and P&L accountability.
Strong leadership, influence, and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on high-impact programs.
Drive $2M–$3M+ in annual revenue through delivery and origination.
Lead development of new capabilities, methodologies, and IP.
Mentor Principal Consultants and develop leadership capabilities.
Represent consulting in governance forums and cross-functional initiatives.
