PerkinElmer/Project Farma is seeking a VP, Principal Consultant to lead strategic consulting engagements, shape market-facing capabilities, and drive significant revenue growth. This role blends deep subject matter expertise with enterprise leadership across global teams.

You will build C-suite relationships, originate complex opportunities, mentor future leaders, and stay billable on active projects to ensure client success and project continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years in life sciences, biotech or technical consulting with executive impact.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and complex client portfolios.
• Proven consultative selling, pricing strategy, and P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership, influence, and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on high-impact programs.
• Drive $2M–$3M+ in annual revenue through delivery and origination.
• Lead development of new capabilities, methodologies, and IP.
• Mentor Principal Consultants and develop leadership capabilities.
• Represent consulting in governance forums and cross-functional initiatives.
