The legal executive assistant will provide essential support to the CEO and founder of the law firm, during and in-between legal cases. He/She provides both traditional administrative and legal support.
Responsibilities
- Perform Legal Research specific to the case currently being worked on by gathering information in an organized manner and presenting it to the managing attorney.
- Provide Administrative Support (organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and setting up travel arrangements).
- Write Legal Reports based on the data gathered from research and initial interviews.
- Organize and Track Case Documentation.
- Maintain Legal Databases.
- Use external legal databases as needed to gather more data for the cases.

P.I (Personal injury) experience is a plus
