Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
• Lead intake meetings to establish objectives and candidate criteria.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive teams, boards, and search committees.
• Provide updates on progress, pipelines, and market insights.
• Source, assess, and recruit executive-level candidates with a strong candidate experience.
• Conduct executive assessments and evaluate leadership fit and impact.
• Develop client relationships to expand leadership search and workforce consulting.
